In our November-December issue of Optik we explore designers redefining the masculine style in The Modern Man’s Frame. Our editor Shan Khan shows examples of men’s frames in Sharp Looks for Men.
Through several Giving Back articles we look at different ways and the benefits for eye care professionals to be involved.

Some days are louder than others.
Decisions come faster. Expectations stack up.
The reminder is simple: you don’t chase attention. You carry it.
What you choose to see through matters more than most people realize.
Eyewear isn’t an accessory. It’s part of how you show up.

Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year, Cloud Dancer, introduces a new kind of white for your optical. Soft, warm, and modern, it moves away from stark contrast and toward balance, ease, and wearability.
Cloud Dancer is not about making frames louder. It is about letting form, fit, and craftsmanship speak. It supports minimalist design, works across skin tones, and brings a sense of calm confidence to eyewear styling.
This shade reflects a shift toward refined simplicity in optical. Sculptural shapes, subtle materials, and thoughtful finishes become the focus when colour steps back. The result is eyewear that feels fresh, contemporary, and quietly elevated.
White, redefined for everyday wear.
