Eyecarrot to Acquire the Guelph Vision Therapy Centre

Eyecarrot, a Toronto-based IT solutions company for ECPs and creators of the visual and cognitive skill assessment game Binovi, have announced that they are acquiring the Guelph Vision Therapy Centre (GVTC) from the Patrick Quaid Family Trust as part of a “clicks and bricks” growth strategy.
The GVTC is an integrated care facility providing Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology and Vision Therapy under one roof.
“Combining bricks and mortar to our strategy will allow us unimpeded access for real world product testing and development.
